About me
Hello and welcome! I’m glad that you are here and appreciate you taking the time to learn a little bit about me and my approach.
I am a clinical psychologist and meditation and mindfulness teacher based in Spring Hill, Brisbane. I am a caring and compassionate therapist who is dedicated to creating a calm and healing space for women where they can feel safe, heard, and understood.
I love my role as a clinical psychologist and enjoy working with women, supporting them to make meaningful change that helps them to lead happier and healthier lives. I am passionate about supporting women who are on a journey of self-discovery and growth, seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and increased meaning and purpose in their lives.
I take a holistic approach to therapy believing in the connection of body, mind, and spirit. Spirit being the essence of our being, what lights us up, makes us happy, and what is important to us. Without this connection we can feel out of balance, stuck, or as if something is missing. I aim to work with you to find balance in all these areas to promote health, healing, and optimal well-being.
Before commencing my psychology journey, I worked in corporate and small business management roles. So I understand the pressures and stress that often go hand in hand with these roles and the difficulties of maintaining wellbeing. My personal journey and growth led me to psychology later in life for which I am truly grateful.
I believe that we all have the answers within us, but we sometimes need a little help and support to discover them!
