Hello, I’m Michelle. I am a caring and compassionate clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting women on their journey of self-discovery and growth. Taking a holistic approach to therapy, I work collaboratively with you to promote health, healing and optimal wellbeing while helping you find meaning and purpose in your life. I believe this is best achieved in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to maintain our wellbeing and I hope that together, we can uncover the answers to nurturing your mind, cultivating resilience, and helping you flourish.

I take an integrative, attachment-informed approach to therapy using evidence-based treatments. I understand that each person’s life story and experience makes them a unique individual, and so I tailor your therapy to meet your unique needs.
