Hello, I’m Michelle. I am an intuitive and compassionate clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting women on their journey of self-discovery and growth. Taking a holistic approach to therapy, I work collaboratively with you to promote health, healing and optimal wellbeing while helping you find meaning and purpose in your life. I believe this is best achieved in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to maintain our wellbeing. My hope is that together, we can uncover the answers to nurturing your mind, cultivating resilience, and helping you flourish.


My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, attachment-informed approach to therapy using evidence-based treatments. I understand that each person’s life story and experience makes them a unique individual, and so I tailor your therapy to meet your unique needs.
